How does the quote process work?

Fill in the form
Requesting a quote is simple: just fill in a short form on our website. We will contact you using the details you provide. Choose a product and the type of quote you need — with installation or for the product only. If the Zelená domácnostiam grant programme is open, that option will also appear. First contact with an installation partner
The installation partner assigned to your area will contact you within 48 business hours of your request. You will receive an email confirming the assignment. If the partner does not contact you within 48 hours, use the link in the email to choose another installation partner.

Site visit and feedback
After speaking with your installation partner by phone, arrange a visit to the space where the product will be installed. The partner should prepare a quote for the complete installation. One week after the call, we will email you a request for feedback. Fill in a short questionnaire to tell us whether you were satisfied with the quote or chose another solution. Your comments are important to us and help improve our service.

Product installation
If you accept the quote and the service partner purchases the product listed in your form, thank you for choosing our equipment. We will send you one final email where you can rate the installation or share a comment with us.
