The production process of ATTACK products starts with our own research and development center in accordance with the certified quality management system ISO 9001. Every year we strive to innovate and bring modernization of thermal technology and their devices for maximum customer comfort.

Products are developed with great emphasis on ease of operation, product quality and high efficiency with the lowest possible impact on the environment.

Programming of production lines

In the department of programming production lines and machines, final versions of the thickness and shape of individual boiler components are prepared. In the production of the boiler body itself, all operations are carried out within the company, i.e. we do not use cooperation. Through this system, we are able to control the high quality of manufactured products and further improve our own know-how.

Material cutting

Material and processing

Quality of the material is ensured by high-quality sheet metal from US Steel Košice. For material cutting, we have a punching center where we use a machine from Trumpf, which has automatic sheet loading and unloading as well as part unloading and sorting. An excellent feature of the machine is the possibility of sheet metal forming including thread forming.

Laser cutting

We also cut material using laser machines. Cutting of material on lasers of type TruLaser 3030 with an output of 30 kW and Bysprint 3015 with an output of 20 kW takes place fully automatically. For this process, we use the most modern CNC laser cutting machines from Bystronic. The advantage of laser material cutting is the high precision of the cut parts.

Material bending

Robotic bending

To protect the health of our employees, for large boiler parts that weigh as much as 150 kg, we use robotic bending. The TruBend 5130 bending center is equipped with a press brake with a max. pressure of 130 T. Bending measurement takes place with a non-contact laser measuring system. This process ensures maximum accuracy and minimal deviation. It offers maximum efficiency and wide application in precision sheet metal bending.

Manual bending

The TruBend 7036 machine is intended for manual sheet metal bending of small and medium boiler parts. Given the construction and compact size, the machine is precise, fast and efficient. It is equipped with 6 axes backgauges, which offers great possibilities in bending non-standard parts (e.g. oblique bends).

Welding

Welding of the boiler exchanger

When welding the boiler exchanger, we use exclusively robotic CNC welding. Our welding center is equipped with robots from CLOOS. The advantages lie in the high quality of the produced bodies and thus they achieve long-term durability. For welding components, we use Kempoweld 4200 and Kempomat 2500 welding sources.

Pressure testing

Pressure tests guarantee the quality of the exchanger

The boiler exchanger is exposed to 1.5 times the max. operating pressure during this operation. The bodies are exposed to air and water pressure of 3 MPa. By pressurizing the boiler exchangers, first-class quality of the boilers is guaranteed. During the final inspection, each boiler and product is subjected to functional tests of the control system. The final inspection of the high-pressure test guarantees 100% quality of our exchangers.

Powder coating line

The powder coating line IKP – 01 from Surfin, which we use, meets the highest requirements of modern technologies such as automated paint application, paint recycling which saves the environment, or infra-catalytic baking ovens that concentrate heat directly on the painted part and not into the space as is the case with conventional ovens, which brings the highest efficiency at the lowest energy losses.

Production lines

Assembly lines

The production process of ATTACK products ends with the assembly line, where all components are assembled into the resulting product – Heat pumps, biomass, gas, electric boilers and other accessories. After assembly of the components, complete testing of the product’s functionality is performed and then its dispatch to mobile warehouse premises.
