ATTACK PZO PLUS directly heated domestic hot water cylinders are used when a separate heater independent of the heating system is needed. It is suitable mainly for areas where electrical energy is not available. In the cylinder, the water is heated directly by a gas cylinder heater, and flue gases are exhausted directly into the chimney.
Suitable for places without electrical energy
The advantage of the ATTACK PZO directly heated cylinder, which can heat domestic hot water in the cylinder in a volume from 80 / 120 liters, lies in its independence from electrical energy.
Cylinder functions
A piezoelectric igniter, which does not need electrical energy for its operation, takes care of igniting the cylinder burner. The water is gradually heated by heat from gas combustion, which flows through the bottom of the tank and through the flue gas tube. Simply set the temperature with a thermostat in the range of 30 – 70 °C for the directly heated cylinder, and the cylinder control will take care of maintaining the set temperature value. The water begins to heat automatically after 20 liters of hot water are withdrawn or if its temperature drops by 5 °C.
Thermal insulation
To keep the water warm as long as possible, we used a steel tank with a ceramic layer, on which we placed an outer shell with quality thermal insulation.
Low-emission burner Low NOx
We equipped the DHW heating cylinder with a low-emission Low NOx burner, with which combustion is ecological.
Safety functions
We emphasized not only reliability and quality but also safety. Therefore, the cylinder is equipped with protection against flue gas backflow, which is handled by a flue gas thermostat. In case of a flue gas exhaust failure, the thermostat automatically terminates heating and interrupts the gas supply.
