Tank for biomass and gas boilers
The tank is designed to heat domestic hot water (DHW) using two heat exchangers. Each tank has a heat-transfer area of 1.3 m² and can connect several heat sources alongside a solar system, such as a photovoltaic system (through the built-in electric element).
The heat-exchanger tubes have a grooved surface that increases the heat-transfer area and improves heat transfer. The stainless steel tank can heat water when the external heat source has insufficient output or is unavailable. It includes a 3 kW electric element that can heat water in the DHW tank independently of the external heat source.
