Wall-mounted fancoil units with power from 1.8 – 10.8 kW are suitable for smaller spaces where they ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. It is precisely the heat pump as a source of heat and cold that can supply the fancoil with hot or cold water, which can be used during the summer for pleasant interior cooling and during the winter for providing heat at low costs.
Wall-mounted fancoil unit – its advantages and use
Suitable for spaces where, for layout reasons, the use of another system (cassette) is not possible due to the structural height of the ceiling. As a rule, with the same power parameters, the wall-mounted unit is advantageous compared to the cassette unit, especially in price. Both solutions are qualitatively at the same level; it depends on the design possibilities according to the requirements of the given space.
Simple installation
Installing the unit is simple; just connect to the distribution pipes from the heat pump. Installation in existing spaces has minimal requirements for additional structural modifications.
Maximally utilized potential
The heat pump in the CH system can supply cold or hot water to the fancoil. Especially in the summer months, when hot weather can reach interiors, the fancoil ensures a comfortable temperature, which is essential for humans. In the winter months, the fancoil unit can become a better heat source than radiators due to low operating costs.

Differences
The difference between a cassette and a wall-mounted unit lies in the direction and distribution of air. The cassette unit distributes air in all directions with less intensity, while the wall-mounted unit distributes air in one direction with the full volume of air flow.
Remote control
Simple control using a controller offers several programs with the possibility of program timing. The fancoil unit can thus be set for certain hours of cooling or heating, which can be suitable specifically for timed house cooling when coming from work.
Using the remote control, it is possible to adjust intensity and direction of the cooling/heating air flow. The wall-mounted fancoil unit also offers the possibility of installing a fixed wired wall controller.
